Our product line such as stalls, insulated containers, and prefabricated structures assembled on site provides:
- ANTISEISMIC load-bearing structure in accordance with Ministerial Decree January 17, 2018 “Update of Technical Standards for Construction” and subsequent Ministerial Circulars.
- All welded joints are made with qualified procedures according to UNI EN 1090-2, and all welders used are certified and qualified according to UNI EN ISO 9606-1. Welding operations are coordinated by special personnel qualified for the purpose, and the workshop itself has the quality requirements regulated by UNI EN ISO 3834.
- The load-bearing metallic structure of the modules is made by means of profiles obtained from sheets for structural uses, galvanized by continuous hot dipping according to UNI EN 10346. The profiles used are made of S250GD or S280GD steel depending on the achievement of the structural performance required by the location of the precast for seismic calculation. The connection between the basement and roof is achieved with welded or bolted external press-folded uprights. The roofing profiles are made of press-folded members that in addition to the function of containing the wall and roof panels also have the function of eaves channels for rainwater drainage.
- In prefabs assembled on site, the entire BEARING STRUCTURE is constructed from metal profile or tubular columns, complete with plates for anchoring them to the ground by means of anchor bolts or mechanical dowels on which the beams are fixed. Purlins are placed on the beams to support the roof. The profiles used are S235, S275 or S355 steel in accordance with the structural performance required by the location of the precast for seismic calculation. It undergoes HOT GALVANIZATION according to the specifications of UNI EN ISO 1461, which due to its inherent long-lasting capacity does not require maintenance. This is why galvanizing is considered one of the most effective techniques for protecting steel from corrosion. The structural connections of the steelwork are made by high-strength bolted unions determining the performance of the fasteners predetermined by the standard.
