The profiles used are made of S250GD or S280GD steel depending on the achievement of the structural performance required by the location of the prefabricated building for seismic calculation. The connection between the basement and roof is achieved with welded or bolted external press-folded uprights. The roofing profiles are made of press-folded profiles that in addition to the function of containing the wall and roof panels also have the function of eaves channels for rainwater drainage.
You can also overlap multiple levels and install interior staircases and mezzanines.
These structures and cubicles are very easy to install and come with certifications of conformity for electrical and plumbing systems; we can also provide toilets and furnishings for a turnkey product for you to start using right away as an office or service shed.
